Shipping Instructions
If you would like to send you trophy to me, please follow these procedures:
A.) Please COMPLETELY fill out a "bird tag" (click here) and "order form" (click here) to send with your birds. It is important that these forms are filled out accurately and completely for processing.
B.) Call or E-mail to notify me that you will be sending your bird(s), at this time you will be given a "work order number" your "order form" will have a spot to write this down, it is highlighted in red.
C.) Remove bird from freezer and insulate with 3-4 inches of newspaper leaving bird(s) in plastic bag(s). Purchase a cheap styrofoam cooler, and pack bird inside with more newspaper. Place styrofoam cooler into cardboard box and tape shut. The outside of the box will need to be labeled with contents of box i.e. "Qty-1. Canada Goose, Qty- 2. Redhead Ducks"
D.) Ensure each bird contained in the shipment has its own "ID" bird tag. USFWS REQUIRES THIS FOR POSSESSION AND SHIPMENT ACROSS STATE LINES. This info should state your name, street address, phone #, date collected, where collected, and your signature.
E.) Please ship on Monday or Tuesday and by UPS , FED-EX, or US Post Office. Please Ship bird(s) next day or two day depending on weather, if shipping in the summer months please us NEXT DAY air.

I accept cash, personal checks, and most credit cards. I do require a 50% deposit on all work. Furthermore, if you have a large piece to be done and need to make payments this is acceptable.
